The law enforcement of Chicago could be having some problems. Not saying anything but a recent article saying that Cpts. and Lt. of the force will be having random drug and alcohol tests before their shifts. A five year contract stating that the Cpts and Lts will be held accountable for their actions if failed, and will wait 4 hrs before being able to suite up. Now my thoughts are quite different because why is it only the Cpts and the Lts when they might not be the situation. I think that the hole force should be tested daily not only in Chicago but everywhere. Cops are a good way to have eyes in the back of the laws head but yet i think that if tested dirty they should be relieved of their duty and have a suspension.
